Can anybody else confirm that this game isn't 100% compatible with the model 3? I'm getting lots of weird video glitching, almost identical to what you see if you try to play the game with Genesis Plus. I've cleaned the cart, and it was working okay on my model 2 + Sega CD + 32X the other day. Hmm...
Edit: okay, sometimes it'll come and go. I'm still not totally sure what's causing it.
