I don't know if it's a mistake or not put Worms World Party is under Rumor Mill, it was already released. And of course Xanadu Next was released, which you probably already know.

Not a mistake, just a needed update. Titles that are "coming" are added to the Rumor Mill until they're released, then they're SUPPOSED TO move to the released list.
The good news is that you can still add the Rumor Mill games to your collection list, and when the database update is made they will magically update in your lists as well.

EBGames still has it listed for 8/15 -- is it really released already?

It seems that Gamestop sells N-gage games before Ebgames.
