Where did you get the screenshot from? That might answer a lot. I would think that its a joke because midway isn't very tightlipped with their "secrets" and cheatcodes..

Well this first came out on EGM. It's been said for years now that this is a bug, others say this is an easter egg, others say it's false.

Looks more like a modern screen edit than an EGM prank.

Note the spelling of "Rayden" too.

the "fergality" thing was in the gensis version, you could enamble it via a cheat menu.

I read about the code in I believe EGM but never had the genesis version to try it.

I tend to be wrong about these things, but in the times where its SO easy to photoshop screens, its not hard to question the credibilty of anything like this.. :(

I am VERY interested to see if this is a bogus ss or not.

Fergality was able to be done on Genesis version with the cheat options, but it wasn't on the 32X version. As for Rayden that's how his name is spelled in the game in MK2.

Whats Ermac doing in MK1?

The earliest i ever heard of the red ninja "Ermac" was after MK2 came out...and even then i think it was some hoax/really, really random glitch.


Wasn't he actually put into Ultimate MK3 or something?
