I'm not really sure what S-video is..(It seperates color from black and white or something, right?) But I got a TV that has S-video support.. and I'm just wondering which of my systems can be modded (and how) to work with it.. The systems I have are an NES, an Snes, and a Genesis.

S-Video is simply a very superior video signal to RF and composite. Once you've compared it, it's impossible to go back to fuzzy RF, or murky composite.
The SNES simply needs and S-Video cable. They are available on Ebay, and on my website. A local game store may have it as well.
The NES cannot be modified for S-Video yet. Throw away the RF switch, and use the composite jacks on the side.
The Genesis can be modified for S-Video. There are tutorials at www.gamesx.com and OSG can provide the service here http://www.oldschoolgamer.ca/information.aspx?SID=14

Thank you very much.. I'm considering your services to upgrade my Genesis, and to fix my Sega CD..

I can definitely reccomend the S-video upgrade to the Genesis. I find that the SNES in S-video is not as dramatic as the Genesis in S-video. I happened to do my mod myself, but it was rather time consuming (on a Genesis 2).
