I might be able to get myself a Pokemon Snap Station for around $200, do you think it's worthwhile? I'm a huge Pokemon fan so that's not an issue, but I've never done freight shipping and all that and I'm afraid it's going to be too much of a hassle.
I'd love for some feedback.

What's a pokemon snap station?
Oh, NM, I went and checked:

Poke snap station </a>
If its worth it to you, and is in good condition, sure. Although supplying it with new paper/stickers/etc... and keeping it running might be a challenge.[/url]

As Ben Stiller would say,
"DO IT"
Seriously, if I had the money to spend (and the space to put it), I'd buy it.

I would definately pick one of these up if i had the money.
There can't be too many of the just floating around out there.
I don't even remember them being around me for that long at and of the Blockbusters around me.

Go for it...
Sad to say I passed one of these up at the flea market..
The "BLOCKBUSTER store exclusive Pokemon SNAP Station"...
(yea flea market x_x )
The same guy who I got the Virtual Boy display unit from had it...but: he wanted $350.00 ......Whew $350.00 at a flea market hits me in the face like a truck..
I offered $250.00 then $300.00 just to see if he would bite...
He gave me a story about selling it for a buddy who was a manager at Blockbuster and declined my offer..
IMO he knew I'd spend the money if I wanted it....
I find out the next week he sold it at another flea market(Jersey) for $200.00...I guess he got desperate.
Ahhh at the time it didn't apeal to me enough to go for it...though I kick myself today for it.
My Uncle however bought several Boxes of the stickers whatever for it since the vendor forgot to give them all to the person who bought the machine.
He still has them somewhere...in his piles..(longated cardboard boxes)

No. Not unless you REALLY want it. I doubt it's something that'll hold it's value well...

YES. Buy it. Not many of them are going to be floating around. Some of them, most likely, have been thrown in a junkyard to rot.
It's worth more than a PSP.
Buy it!

I think it'd be cool just besause I remember them, still have some of the sample stickers, and used to put them on my good ol' GBC. One of them is still remaining, faded and worn, on the side. Ah, nostalgia.

For a Pokemon fan that's a no-brainer. Jump on it dude. If I could get a *fantasy* "Golgo 13 Snap Station" for $200 I'd probably piss my pants.

When my wife worked at Blockbuster she could have brought that home. At the time I was thinking in terms of what I play, not collect and told her I didn't want it.
I believe it went to a kids cancer place or something, so, at least it wasn't junked - but I wish I had've been thinking in a collector's mindset at the time.

I didn't regret buying mine (the one from my Blockbuster was donated to the CMN where it was likely gutted and thrown away). Here's a pic of my station for your hungy eyes!

I remember those things. Used to have one at a Blockbuster here and I still actually have a lot of the stickers and I kept all the little smart cards and I have one of each just to collect.
$76!!! Woah, that's cheap, and it was in Cedar Rapids, IA, which is only like an hour from where I live in Dubuque, IA. Wish I had known about that... woulda pounced on it and probably just driven and picked it up.

$76?! Hey! I've emailed the winner with an offer to buy some of my Smart Cards, ink and paper.

OMG....buy it buy it buy it.
I'd pay $200 for that in a heartbeat. Honestly, I'm big into any sort of store display, so I'll generally pay through the nose willingly for anything like that.

And again.... If anyone has ANYTHING relating to the Pokemon Snap Station for sale or trade (especially the "Stadium" instruction card) I'd make it VERY worth their while (just not in the pooper). :)

I see it has an N64 in the back, if it can play normal carts, I'd snap it up (that wasn't actually intended, but what the heck! :P)

Yeah, you can actually play any game by plugging it into the front. It will automatically override the game in the system. The system already has an Expansion Pak inside, so there is no need to even worry about that!

Anyone have any information about that Pokemon stadium cart it comes with. It definatly does not have the "This game pak belongs too" white text box. Is it a regular "NFR" cart or is it different?

My girlfriend's brother has worked at blockbuster for ages, and when they threw theirs out he got it (free, no TV or system). It sat here for some odd years, and has since dissapeared, apparently thrown out(this hosue does have space as a premium) although supposedly parts of it (i'm hoping the printer) are still around here somewhere.

It's a NFR cart. I've got one too, though I REALLY wish I had the NFR cart for Snap. Saw one once on ebay, but I wasn't around for the end of the auction. Crap.
