So I decided to check out some garage sales this weekend. Unbelievably, I went 3 for 5 with finding video games. The first garage sale I found a CIB NES in great condition. The price was $10 but I got it for $8. The second garage sale was a bust. The third one I got a 6 switch Atari with 14 games, 3 controllers and all the hookups. I also got 2 boxes of hockey card packs (uppperdeck and score). Got these items for only $8. The next garage sale I picked up a Clockwork Orange record for .50 and the last garage sale I picked up a NES deck and Qbert table top arcade (in bad condition) both for $4. So in all I spent 1hr and $20 and came back with a huge load of games.
I was beginning to give up on finding pre PSX stuff in the wild lately. This summer I’ve been through 2 major community garage sales and found nothing. It’s good to see that there are still good items in the wild!!
