PC Engine RGB trouble

I've got a new PC Engine some time ago, which has a RGB mod. I noticed that when I'm using the RGB out (via SCART to TV), the orange/brown shades are missing from the picture, see photo below. Does anyone know what that could be? A failed mod attempt?
