Is this a good find?

Shortly after work and browsing DigitPress all day, I stopped at a local EB Games. I was looking through a bunch of NES, SNES, Genesis they had. It was pretty disorganized. I found a SEALED copy of Tetris Attack for SNES for 5.99. I ended up walking out of EB with the game for $3.17!! The labels on it say PO which i assume means Pre-Owned but to me this looks factory sealed. I am not positive. I will try to post pictures later this evening/tomorrow. If this is a sealed copy, could anyone give me a ballpark on the value?

Any SNES game sealed for $3 is a good deal, IMO. Furthermore, I love Tetris Attack, so even if it isn't sealed, you got a cool game for really cheap!

It was probably just resealed at the EB to keep all the content inside. Even if it wasn't I'd still say it was a good deal. Any complete SNES game for 3 dollars would be.
