I filled it out, but I did it on 1:57 am on the 16th :-( . Oh well, maybe I'll get lucky and an issues will show up in the mail several weeks from now. I'm not going to count on it, but if ti does come, it will be a nice surprise.

It was just after 2:00 am EST when I got the order in. The offer expires on 15th so I guess when the clock strikes midnight in Pacific zone, it's done.
