I dont know if this have been posted before. Didnt find anything in search, so close if it has.
Today I recived another copy of SMB european version.
I noticed that it didnt have security screws (only 3 screws, not 5). It also doesnt have a code on it like NES-XX-NOE i.g.
Anyone know something about this?

Here is the "normal" SMB with securityscrews and code:

That's weird...there's no seal of quality either. Doesn't seem to be a pirate.....very strange.

I would have said that since it has three screws, it came out after the 5 screw one. However, since there's no seal, I would have thought it was earlier. That's quite a strange find...

There are also versions with and without the seal of quality in the US.

I guess they are asian copies? Mine is the same grey color as the original NES games :) And both are european region.
Those smallbox in the black series are just so much cooler than the pixel covers. I never liked the pixelcovers in the black series.

Yup, the Super Marios are Asian (black) and Hong Kong (blue). Both have the cool light gray cartridge casing. I'm trying to find as many of these as I can but I can say I'm happy with what I've gotten. I do wish I had the box to Kid Icarus to pair it up with Metroid.
