how do the games save? do they save to the memory pack? if so then how do you erase the memory pack? I have tryed and I cant seam to get it to erase.

Well Im not sure about 1 and 2, but I have 3 and it saves to the cart.

As for memory card erasing, try putting in a sports game, chances are you wont have enough memory for all the settings, and it will ask you if you want to delete some files, from there you should be able to clear it.

If anything, I know NBA Live '99 has this feature, you can probably pick that up for $5 or less.

They all have the cartridge save feature. There should be an "erase data" option in the options.
