That pattern across the top of the GBASP looks like something a skanky 16 year old girl would have tattooed over her lower back..

I spent $165.00 at the Flea Market passing up tons of stuff....

First thing I saw was the Pachinko Machine..Since I got mine my Dad wanted one...So I looked it over, tried it out(it had 20 balls in it)..Everything is there besides the power supply...Everything is working as in arms etc.
It had a big $40.00 sticker on it and the vendor said I know nothing about it make me an offer..... $30.00 took it..I have to clean it up a bit and it will remain with me for awhile, then my Dais going to attach it to a wall at his place.(if he ever takes it)
I carried this right to the car without leaning it on my shirt/pants..my dad thought I was nuts..but I should of parked closer.
I didn't buy it because I don't need two of these and I wanted my Dad to have one...One is enough for me......
If I find more then that's another story as we both will buy them..
Talking to that vendor he said he has a Pinball machine for Sale...So he's going to bring me a picture next week.
I'm going to Betson this week to look at (a retail showroom with over 30 pinball machines located in Carteret, NJ. There is a South Park machine there as well.)(What I'm looking for)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/2005_0723_174534AA.jpg

The Second thing I ran into was this Mini Motorcycle...with $150.00 Sticker on it....It's a Two Stroke Gas/Oil Mix..(aahhh,I've wanted one of these)
I started it up there and it runs,etc...It looks hardly used ..if even used...As a Motorcycle rider I can tell.
The Muffler isn't even dirty at all/no signs of running..I see no wear/none on the chain or sprocket.
I talked her down to 125.00 and she took it,as two guys were asking price too...(Gave me a paper for it with her signature etc.)
... I did not take this to the car..I carried it around the flea market with me..Can you picture that..
I never had more people in my life ask me how much did I pay for it...Guys saying holy shit!! I paid $300.00 for mine. You got a steal....Even other vendors asked me.(I have yet to take off the do not sit on paper)
It became heavy as I had a lot more to check out, so I took it home, dropped it off and came back.
I didn't want to leave this is the car..
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/cycle.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/2005_0723_175026AA1.jpg

Found a lot of Playstation Systems with controllers etc for $10.00..on the tables...
My Dad bought one from a lady vendor who I deal with often(nice lady) for $13.00 with 3 Dual Shock Controllers, plug,AV,memory card and 3 games.
Metal Gear Solid and 2 sports titles(complete)

Found a really nice Atari 2600 Junior with all the hook-ups and around 7-8 games for $10.00
In half of some sort of game holder.(it's buried in there)
Geneses Pool Game(sealed)$2.00
Pinball Handheld $2.00
Gave that stuff to my Dad...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/2005_0723_170958AA.jpg

Vendor I deal with had a GOLGO 13 Slot Machine $350.00(didn't sell)

Commodore Vic 20 etc $10.00
Action Max System(Complete) $5.00
Sega Saturn Magic Carpet $2.00
Miniture Golf 2600 cart ..free.
NES:
Double Dragon III $2.00

Got my annual hair cut today, and since I haven't really found squat lately, I decided to pick up some PlayStation games from the GameStop next door. I got:

Jade Cocoon
Galerians
Final Fantasy Origins
One Piece Mansion
Punky Skunk (my 3rd (4th?) R7; still haven't gotten an R8 or higher)

For about $30 after tax. Origins set me back $13, but the others were all $5 or less. I kinda got gypped on Galerians since when I opened it up, I discovered there was no manual. I guess I should've noticed it was suspiciously light. Oh well, no biggie. Four games I've wanted and one really rare game, so I'm satisfied.

Oh, and the employee said I have good taste in games. :) The two guys there seemed really cool. They seemed like they have some interest in older games. Nice change of pace from the usual GameStop meathead jerks I come across who look at me like I'm some kind of clueless loser just because I'm a chick and I'm looking through old PlayStation and N64 games.

Well, I'm likely hitting a thrift and a pawn later today, so I'll see if those stores turn up anything.

A Buckner & Garcia Pac-Man Fever casette and a working Entex Galaxian2 in nice shape!

And the kicker.. Cost me nothing! (except when I originally bought them 20+ years ago :D ) I found these in my folks' attic looking for garage sale fodder. I've had the Galaxian2 since '81, and the casette I bought at Woolworths in 1982!

Attics rule.

SNES Lagoon, complete and boxed for $3. I haven't seen the box since I rented it as a kid. It's interesting how it makes a big deal out of the game's 3D elements, calling it a "3-D action fantasy" on the front and referring to "3-D creatures" on the back, but I remember a standard looking 16-bit RPG. Anyone have an explanation?

Damn rains means I didn't attend the boot this morning (it probably wasn't on, either). :/

I've just got the one item to show... Strike Force Hydra for PlayStation. I picked this up at a little confectionary store down the road, brand new. It is a late 2004 release, which only made it to Europe. DP hasn't got a rarity for this, and eBay hasn't got any auctions either. Seems like a decent find. Anyone got any ideas how rare this is?

I'd say it's 3, at least here in the mainland. I see it in the shops every now and then.

But let me tell you, that game sucks ass. I think they just converted it straight from the GBA. I even played it through just to see if it got better at any stage but it was the same over and over again until the bitter end.

Lots of stuff

You always get stuff I want for a really low price. (Rob, Dreamcast)

My friend went to a boot sale last week and said all the consoles there were shop priced. i.e. Dreamcast and Saturn for £20 each, megadrive £12.

What exactly does Rob do?

What exactly does Rob do?

Its used for a few games on the NES. Stack Up, and I think Gyromite as well.
I don't have one, but from what I understand, you control him to pick up blocks that correspond to the gameplay on the screen.

Yesterday my wife and I decide to hit the garage sales to look for a wheelbarrow. In the near future she and her sister are going to do a landscaping project and will need the handcart to haul rocks. We did not find one but we did find these:

Commodore 64 (system only with instructions): $1

Then after a bunch of rummage sales that had nothing of interest we stop by a trailer community that was having an annual sale. As I drove something caught my eye, so I stopped. This is what I found:

Well today started out fine enough....

I went to a fleamarket and found Breath of Fire II and Mega Man X2 for the SNES in great condition with dust covers for $4 each.

I came home got on the computer and was messing around when my dad came home. He told me he had found a complete NES with 7 games at a garage sale for $5, and that one of the games was Bubble Bobble 2!

I said did you get it!?? He said that that one game alone was worth $85 alone, which I knew. He said yeah I got it, but its for your sister, so she can sell it on eBay!

I was so pissed. I said but I'M THE ONE THAT CARES ABOUT VIDEO GAMES! And he said I don't care, she's doesn't have a job and is starting up her eBay business.

*insert inaudible expletives*

My whole Sunday has been a wash since.

I went to a small flea market today..I found 3 handhelds in the garage sale across the street from it for $1.00 each.
Nothing in games at the flea market besised a loose Gameboy printer and unknown(empty) Gameboy case for $12.00 EACH!!...Passed...
Found two boxed/unused Gun racks(rifle) for my dad $20.00 for both...
Dropped them off at my dads and wound up shooting one of his airsoft rifles that he has a real scope on and I tore the crap out of a center of a target..
Man..how different it actually is to aim and shoot for real compared to FPS Sniper Rifle Games...
