Does anyone remember when Golgo 13 was supposedly coming out for N64? This old article says that it was 3/4 complete. Has anyone ever seen screenshots or anything? Was it available as an import? What ever happened to Vic Tokai anyway? I remember some of their games were bad, but I always liked Trouble Shooter. If you go to their website now, it looks like they're some kind of Oracle reseller or something.

I don't remember ever seeing shots of this, only rumors. My guess is that Vic Tokai dropped the game after plans for a new Golgo 13 anime series fell flat along with 1998's Queen Bee release.
I for one was never fond of the Golgo 13 NES games. I liked Trouble Shooter, though, and I love its Japan-only sequel to the point where I'd almost consider paying $150 for it.

they had plans for a lot of DC games when it finally went down under. Black and White was one of them. Possibly one of the greatest PC games ever made. Hear any plans for that on the PS2, XBOX, or GC?

Hi, Kid Fenris of 2003. I'm you from the future.
You should buy the Trouble Shooter sequel even though it's $150. By the time you have stupid money to throw around, it'll be much more expensive and there'll be plenty of bootleg repro whatevers to confuse you, too.
You'll come around to liking the second Golgo 13 game and even appreciating the first after you find the director's website one day.
Also, buy Little Samson, Hagane, Stadium Events, Power Blade 2, and Magical Chase and don't sell anything for fifteen years.
