I'm looking into possibly selling my complete, boxed copy of NFL Blitz: Special Edition for N64. It's one of the few R5's for the system (a Blockbuster exclusive) and the copy I have has the box, manual and cart all in beautiful shape, with the exception of a Blockbuster sticker on the back of the box (which is probably removable; I haven't tried it).
