Last game you played all night?

Have you ever played a game all night, unplanned? I just could not turn off Zelda Link To The Past for the SNES last night. I didn't plan on playing a game all night but it just happened. I figured the system was getting pretty hot so I am giving it a rest now.

That game is addictive....even the second time around. :)

Multiplayer nights with friends. All we planned was having dinner and watching a DVD together. After the movie, we were like... okay... what now. Not in the mood to go out, but not sleepy enough to call it a day, so we played Beach Spikers for Gamecube with 4 players til the next morning.

Recently, I played Zelda: Four Swords Adventure (GCN) with a friend. This also took us several evenings and sometimes we played all night. It would have been easier, if we had had more players, but we only had 2 GBA SPs. Bugger. :/

madden 2004. stayed up a few nights playing this one. played like 4 seasons in 2 weeks. i haven't tried out 2005, guess i'll wait till it drops below 20 bucks.

I've never played 'all night,' but a few weeks ago, I played Windwaker from 10:00 pm till about 3:00 am.
I don't like turning it off until I've finished the dungeon that I'm working on.

I haven't stayed up all night playing a game in a LONG while. The last time was a few years ago, when I was addicted to Diablo II: LoD (PC). Multiple times, I would stay up all night playing online with a few friends, trying to make +3|-| 5|_||>123|\/|3 |\|3C120|\/|4|\|c312!!!!!!

When I was younger, my cousin and I would pull all-nighters quite often. The two I remember with the most clarity involved Donkey Kong Country 3 and Mario 64.

I also have very found memories of all-night Mario Tennis 64 and Mario Kart 64 tournaments.

I have never been up all nite at home playing a game as I can remember. But I have been on LAN playing games like mohaa, bf1942, UT and CS all nite :)

My first and most definately last game I stayed up all night to beat (with a friend, sleepover...) was Resident Evil 2 for the PSX back in the summer of 1998. Man, I was pissed when I went to bed at 5 a.m. I needs my sleep yo!

Riviera on GBA, Im 18 hours in, but all of a sudden I stopped playing when I only had one more dungeon left! I gotta beat it and just get it over with.

Final fantasy tactics adv, this one had me addicted, I played it everynight and found it extremely hard to put down. Havent played it in awhile but I might eventualy go back.

I'm not the guy to usually play games all night long but a few games i played for awile are Madden 2005,Resident evil 4,Gta San andreas,and back when i was younger im sure i played mega man 8 for hours and other ps1 games.

Last night a little after I got home from work I started playing Final Fantasy 7, and just kept playing, I ended up stopping at about 6 am after about 10 hours. Luckily it's the weekend for me now.

One time in 1988 my sister and I stayed up until 2 on a school night (first semester of college for me, Missy in 8th grade) playing the Legend Of Zelda. That's when my dad got up for work, and he was PISSED. LOL

Heh, I remember my mother getting crazy pissed when me and my friend pulled an all nighter on Final Fantasy 3 back in 95 or so. I think we were almost about to break the curse on the cursed shield when she popped in and said it was 6 o' clock in the morning and we'd better turn off that freakin' console. LOL

Other then that I've stayed up till 1 or 2 playing Contra: Shattered Soldier, Zelda, and a few other recent releases every now and again, but nothing that would involve me getting up at 7 PM the next day.

Minna Daisuki Katamari Damacy

I'd been waiting for it for months, so when it finally came in I was prepared. Would have played a few hours more easily, but I had to go to work. Man, what a great game. Can't wait to see what they do with the american localization.

The most recent title before that was Half Life 2. Waited for that one for ..what...nearly 2 years? Avoided all screenshots, all information, the leak, everything. When Steam finished decrypting it I was plopped in my computer chair with a deathgrip on my mouse. Best damn FPS experience I've ever had.

In fact, I think I'm due for another Half Life 2 playthrough sometime soon...mmmm.....

Guilty Gear XX #Reload (JP PS2)

At 7 PM my friend invited me to drive 2 hours to his house and spend the night with him because he wanted some competition in the game badly.

Best fun I had in a long time. We played from 9:30 PM to 4:30 AM

Insanely addicting, hilarious, and fun turn based gameplay. Certainly a great RPG. Afterwards I think I'm going to try and beat Planescape: Torment, which I've had for YEARS, but never finished.

Tony Hawk's Underground 2....Classic Mode is driving me insane, and so are all the gaps.

Pop'n Music 10, when I can't play with the loud ASC I practice with the dualshock. I'm in the mid-20's, and I went back to Pop'n 8 for a bit and passed a 30 (Des-Reggae)

I played Halo from 9 PM to about 1 PM the next day, live of course. Also played Lumines one night till about 4 AM. I played one game, couldn't fall asleep so picked it up and kept playing. Don't reccomend it though, once you play it you don't go to bed for hours.

I've played Final Fantasy 2 and 3 for entire nights before. Same with Symphony of the Night and Aria of Sorrow. Actually the first time I played SotN it was more like 2 or 3 days without food or sleep. More recently I stayed up most of the night a few days ago playing genesis Ghouls n' Ghosts until I beat it.
