Sorry this was started by a noob. My friend just gave me his megadrive and 14 games. Unfortunately I've got 7 of the games and I only recently bought 5 of them. Oh, well, free games!
* are the ones I've got
Jurrasic park*
Lemmings*
Brian Lara Cricket
Premier Manager
Batman Returns*
NBA Allstar Challenge
Fifa 97
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade*
Sonic 1*
Marble Madness
Spiderman*
Pac-Mania
PGA European Tour
Mega Games 1*
I'd trade them but I promised I'd hold on to them for a while in case he changes his mind.

Picked up a few minor things, but the best is:
Minna daisuki Katamari Damacy!
So far, so fun, but i've only logged a little bit of playing time as of yet.... It's killing my Japanese (which is poor), but at least it's low on the ol kanji...
Also got an Intellivision 25 in 1 for about $6. Well worth that!

On the way back home from my trip yesterday I picked up:
Genesis - Bubsy (complete) - 3
Genesis - Skitchin (loose) - 4.50
NES - Joust (complete) - 5
Megadrive - Dune II (complete) - 6
I don't think Dune II was a US release but I'm not sure. Anyhow, it's my first MD game ;D. Hmm...after looking it up, it seems this title is the same as the us release. Oh well, still happy with it anyhow.

Picked up the Zeld Ocarina of Time/Master Quest for GC it was 9.99 plus 10% off due to being a teacher at Half Priced Books. Ahh the perks of being a teacher.
Also picked up an old Nintendo toy chest with Mario and Zelda on the sides very cool, it was 9.99. Has anyone seen this or have one? I would post a pic but sadly lack a digital camera.

Now that I have a Sega CD again, I figured I'd try to track down one of my fave games: Sewer Shark. On a hunch I called a video store I used to frequent when I was a teen to see if they still had (and hopefully sell) Sega CD games. The hunch paid off.
Sega CD games (complete):
Sewer Shark (original retail release)
Night Trap (original retail release)
Price: $4.99 a piece.

today I had to go to a doctors appointment with my mom, and afterward she said we should stop at a thrift store. :D
No problems here! As usual ," 1" thrift became 5.
At the first place we stopped(Salvation army)
1-Boxed Sega Genesis+ all the little plastic baggies and booklets :-P It was only missing the Sonic cart.
The Box had a couple of tiny tears at the lid, but was shiny and new looking otherwise.
I passed on some Cube games...
3 more misses before we came to a lame looking Antique ferniture type place. As soon as I walked in I could see the owner had a thing for Coke / Pepsi memorabelia, good thing they did.
I looked behind a bed frame and saw yoshi!
I found 2 cardboard mario displays that were tied to some pepsi promotion!!!!
They have Mario wearing a santa hat and a yellow cape, and riding on Yoshis back. There is a Pepsi logo in the corner.
They were never used and are about 4 feet tall.
Best $10 I ever spent 8-)

I haven't posted a find in weeks. I used to really enjoy it, but for no apparent reason, I stopped. So those finds are mine now and no one gets to read them
Anyways, I've decided to start posting whatever measly finds I do make, pictures upon request (although 99% of the time I doubt anyone would want pics of the crap I roll in)
I was vacationing in Pennsylvania. Aside from some arcade tokens from Hersey Park, I have these actual games from an EBGames:

I think in general you could swap the $ for a £ and get UK prices. I don't understand how people find stuff in shops for $0.50 . Shops just don't work like that over here.

I agree, it seems that the value of £10 is the same as $10, although the actual monetry value is very different.
Means we get good deals with american friends though. And its a win win, we get something for £6, and they receive $10! Crazy world.

I've noticed that in the DP guide some games are listed as $3 and you'll be lucky to find it for £3 here. Some are $9 and they're worth £10, although Gamestation is usually overpriced anyway.
But I digress, continue with your finds, people.

On sunday i found a copy of Marvins Marvelous Adventure (A1200) at the car boot...
Upon asking the guy the price of it, (£1) he also replied with "I worked on that game back in the day... I was the Producer"
This guy was Stewart Gilray! (A very sound guy who has worked for Psygnosis and also was a Producer at 21st Century)
After talking for a little bit, i asked if he had any development disks or prototypes and so on...
What he had was these Preview Disks and Demo disks straight from Psygnosis of a few games which he kindly let me have.
Included was these disks:
Lemmings Amiga Demo - Psygnosis 1990 (with Lemmings Decal on Disk)
Awesome Amiga Demo - Psygnosis 1990
Shadow Of The Beast Amiga Preview - Psygnosis 1989
Agony Amiga Demo - Psygnosis (No Date)
Leander Amiga Demo - Psygnosis 1991
Infestation Amiga Preview - Psygnosis 1989
Stryx Amiga Preview - Psygnosis 1989

Hit some thrifts today and gamezone:
Goodwill
3DO - Burning Soldier (complete)
3DO - Captain Quazar (complete)
3DO - Cowboy Casino (complete)
3DO - Interactive Golf (complete)
3DO - Psychic Detective (complete)
3DO - Syndicate (complete)
They were all 2.99 each. They had a ton more, but I had most of them. All of them are in excellent condition except Captain, whose box is a little bit crushed but still in decent shape.
Gamezone
Genesis - George Foreman's KO Boxing (boxed) - 3
Saver's
SMS - Alex Kidd In Miracle World (boxed)
This replaces the HORRIBLE box for my other copy. Unfortuneately, it has no manual so now I have a nice box and shitty manual ;D.

Spent the day hunting with one of my friends (Ulticron on the boards) and came up with this:
http://www.rydia.net/joshnickerson/dp/wk0727.jpg
Found a loose copy of Ren & Stimpy Buckaroos for three bucks at a way out of the way Goodwill store. Then we checked out Gamestop where I picked up Pinobee for the GBA for five bucks. A stop at Blockbuster proved a very unique experience, as I swear the clerk was on angel dust or something, as she tended to shout at us randomly if we needed anything. But I did find a complete copy of Boktai 2 for the GBA. Finally, a stop at a pawn shop was looking fruitless, until the guy behind the counter asked if we were looking for SNES games and proceeded to pull out a huge shopping bag filled with games someone had just traded in. Most of it was stuff I'd already had or sports titles, but I did manage to get Final Fight and Final Fantasy 2 for five bucks each.

anyway, it's 2 vinyls, each with 4 versions of a song, 2 on each side; clean, dirty, instrumental, acapella
vinyl one = CNN feat. M.O.P. - Stompdash*Toutu
vinyl two = Method Man - Uh Huh

The official Nintendo GameCube RGB cable is £22.99 on Amazon, and I think GamePlay are the cheapest at £19.99 (according to PriceTracker). From what I have read, I would advise you to stay clear of the unofficial cables. They just don't work, apparently.

Went to EB Games and got:
Donkey Konga 2 (because the first one was SO addictive) for $34.99
Set of DK Bongos (cuz girlfriend is itching to play 2-player) for $34.99
Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble (GBC) for $7.19 (with Edge card)
Namco Museum (GBA) for $8.99 (with Edge card)
Nothing to write home about but always nice to see what kinds of stuff we're getting. :)

Used, but hardly looks used if you know what I mean...
I'll have to ask the guy I bought it from exactly how he came to possess it, as he runs a TV media production company; not the most obvious place to be selling a Yaroze from (and he refered to it as a "company asset").
Still, I can't complain... it doesn't beat the 20 GBP I paid for a debug PS1 in GAME LOL

Nah, Sonic Drift 2 was released worldwide, Sonic Drift Racing (the first) was a Jap/EU only title.... for some reason.

I meant Sonic Drift 2 was realed in the UK.. not Sonic Drift 1
Sonic Drift Racing (As its called in the UK) is just Sonic Drift 2... (look at the title screen!)
Sonic Drift 1 didnt come out in the UK
Thats what i meant but poorly wored it!
