Apparently some money hungry old lady is now trying to sue Rockstar because she bought GTA:SA for her 14 year old grandson and didnt know it "contained hidden, sexually explicit scenes"... Oh dear, some people make me just want go crazy

The part that scares me more is this.

Earlier this week, the House of Representatives in Washington voted 355-21 for a resolution asking the Federal Trade Commission to investigate the company.

Wow, lets just keep pushing the issue.

I agree that money hungry old broad is just hoping for a settlement, and not that I agree with Congress or the FTC, but that's what Rockstar gets for being morons. I mean it's not as if they were trying to "fly under the radar" before.

Again who knows for sure if this was all on purpose or not, but one things for sure, all this publicity isn't going to hurt them.

That part was deserved, the lawsuit was not.

The lawsuit will be thrown out. R* could've had a rock solid point with this whole thing if their PR department just admitted the game code was there. Because they tried blaming others, even going through the guise that they were going to sue the people that put te code there, suddenly they were lying to the public with the intent to decieve.

If R* had just said, "We screwed up! Shoot! Sorry!" they wouldn't be in half the trouble they are now.

The scariest thing of all is that she bought GTA:SA for her kid knowing that it had Drugs, Alchohol, Sex, Violence, Blood, Gore, Language, etc. Also the box is clearly marked M. If anything the kid should be suing for emancipation. Or maybe a watchgroup of "concerned parents" should sue the unconcerned parent. I just wished people would see the real problem. But that won't happen as long as people are blind and don't see the truth...

As has already been noted, this is already being discussed in another thread, so let's lock this one and carry it over there.
