SOCOM II Online-advice?

i just got online with socom and its GREAT :D
not as good as halo 2 BUT way mor than i expected
can anyone give me tips? play with me? send me a clan invite?
its kinda hard to have fun with no friends :( so i'll be online the 28th for a couple of hours socom and halo2 so hit me up with a request and we could play 8-)

Use a GameShark like everyone else does.

Here is some good tips:
1) Learn to use the M14. If they are far from you try tapping for a single shot at their head level. Good n00b gun.
2) Stay low so you don't get blown up. Especially at the beginning of rounds.
3) Play crossroads. It is a good map for beginners. Kinda small and somewhat intricate.
4) Do not run around waiting for someone to shoot at you.

Im Socom 1 there was a lot of gameshark cheaters. I've been playing Socom 2 for about 2 years and never seen anyone cheat. People do glitch though. If you cheat using cheating devices in Socom 2 you get banned.

Heres some tips for you. And some advice.

Try out the map Desert Glory. It's a good beginner map.
Some weapons in the game are looked upon as noobie
Guns like the M14,and IW80.

Try to join a good clan with cool people.

Practice your shooting skills in a Respawn room.

I was ranked #20 (before cheaters) in the nation in socom1 with roughly 4,500 hours invested, socom2 was not as good, I only put in about 700 hours.

Play alot of frostfire and vigilance respawn to get adjusted to long range and close range firing.

Never stand still when firing a gun, always be moving (strafing is good)

Do not use an m14 and IW80 if you do not want to be called a newb, for terrorist practice with the M16, AK47, and STG77, whichever you like best.

Seal try the AK105 (my fav), M4A1, or M4A1SD

Avoid dark maps until you get the hang of the game.

Watch your friendly fire, especialy grenades.

Learn the maps, sit back at first and see where the enemies throw grenades, that way you know not to run that way.

Learn the rules of each map (read them before map loads)

Join a good and helpful clan that will help you learn the game.

Play in high number servers, such as east 40 or go to the specific rank only rooms.
