I recently completed a Playstation RPG collection and have now decided to branch out. The only genres I'm really not interested in are racing and sports. Games I currently own that are part of the collection include:
Bushido Blade 1
Bushido Blade 2
Heart of Darkness
Hot Shots Golf
Hot Shots Golf 2
Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus
Pandemonium 2
Silhouette Mirage
Tomba!
Tomba! 2
Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2
I should also clarify that I'm not looking for "rare/valuable" games, just stuff that's really fun to play.

Try doing a search for favorite PSX games or something like that. There's most likely a thread in the Classic Discussions forums. That's what I do when I want some game reccomendations.

Thanks for the advice, but I couldn't find anything. I just ran a search for "Playstation Favorites," and oddly enough, it came up with such topics as "The Official SNES topic!" and "The Official Saturn topic!" If anyone can link me to a topic that does discuss PS1 games, I'd appreciate it.

Well, considering that the topic you linked to is almost a year old and that many sports/racing/rpgs are listed, I don't think this topic is out of hand. If anyone has a different link where people are just recommending games, as opposed to one person posting their "Top 50" and people arguing, that would be cool. :)

This IS the "official" Top 50 list, created by discussion by the users.
