Dreamcast Shenmue

Ok, I'm confused. Did Shenmue 2 come out for US Dreamcast or not? I remember when it was coming out that there was a sign up sheet for it at eb games. The only copy I have ever found of it for DC was the Japan or Europe release. Shenmue 2 isn't even in the DP Database!

Note the poor quality and lack of ESRB rating. The ESRB ratings, or lack there of, can be a dead giveaway to bootlegs or games of a different region.
