View Full Version : Dreamcast VGA box

I am ITCHIN' like mad to play Dreamcast in VGA. I bought a VGA box off LikSang and it ended being a cheap piece of crap, refusing to work on 5 different monitors (2 CRT and 3 LCD). The offending 'box came in a white cardboard box with "DC VGA" written on it, obviously mimicking the Sega brand box, which is packaged the same way only it says "Dreamcast VGA" on the box instead.
So my question is, where the heck can I find a functional, relatively inexpensive Dreamcast VGA box? Ebay is swarming with the exact same junk box I found on LikSang, and I am very hesitant to buy the same box again!
Any suggestions?

Ugh, that one in the white box is one of the cheapest knockoffs and never seems to work right. Try this one:

This is the exact came as the one I have, I think I got it at Electronics Boutique originally. I never had any problems with it.

I've had 2 of those VGA boxes and both of them were junk, each one had audio issues :/ but the picture quality was amazing!

That orange one is the one that I've got. I've been using it for years without trouble. I suspect audio issues could be blamed on bad solder joints on the connectors or something.
I use Blaze DC VGA. I think its one of the best out there.
I used a madcats one and that was truly horibble.

i use the naki vga work perfect in my hdtv
