Ooh, we had a naysayer. I thought there was some kind of law that every video game player had to have this game? I don't have an NES system (anymore) so I have the Super Mario All-Stars cartridge for the SNES.

Yeah, got a stack of the NES version, some do have duck hunt and world class track meet with it though. I even picked up the GBA classics version when they launched the "retro" style GBA a while back. Had to have a retro game to break in the retro style GBA :)

I've been thinking about getting the import Super Mario Bros. 2 for GBA that was again Japan only.. it'd be nice to side-by-side it with the original and all.

I've got it on SNES (via Super Mario All-Stars) and Game Boy Color (via Super Mario Bros. Deluxe). I also had a copy back when I had an NES (via SMB/Duck Hunt, of course LOL ).

Now that you bring it up, I realize that I have SMB for every system and every version that its been domesticaly released as. Wow. Also as for SMB/Duck Hunt, I've got 37 copies. I keep buying them whenever I find them for a quarter or less.

Yep, as the stand-alone Super Mario Bros. NES cart., as a part of the Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt NES cart. and as a part of the Super Mario All-Stars quadrilogy on SNES.

By the way, it was the SNES re-make that I played first.

I've got it on the SMB/Tetris/Nintendo World Cup cart, and it's about the only cart that works on my NES, the rest gives me the blinky LED ^^

i have it on nes, smb/duck hunt/world class track meet is coming in the mail.. smb/duck hunt might be.. i forget.. i have all stars, and sm deluxe on gbc..

super mario bros. deluxe is awesome! everyone should own it.

I got the robot set as a kid ,but smb1 was the first game I ever bought for the nes 24.99, still have it too.
as welll as:
game and watch smb (original)
little green keychain version.
about 80 copies of smb/duck hunt
10 copies of mario/dh/world ass track meet
famicom original smb x3
super amarios (brazilian pirate cart)
smb funky disk for fds
super mario deluxe gbc
super mario classic gba
super mario all stars snes
about 10 or so pirate carts with it as well.

and I think thats it

I had it, but I paid someone to throw away all my NES stuff (long story @_@ ), so I don't have one anymore.

I think when I get the new Messiah system I'm gonna start to buy back my NES collection though.

Yep, I own the Duck Hunt combo....and I've never cleared the Mario game. I suck at it so bad that I can't get past the 4th level. I don't know HOW people just whip through it. I can't.

Nope, I don't have an NES, don't have an SNES, and i don't own any of the GBA versions.

I only own a famiclone JP, and a copy of Gradius (without the adapter <sob> )

And a gamecube[purple], and an original GBA Purple[purple]

Thats about it for Nintendo stuff.

I am however, willing to take donations of Mario bro's carts =)

I'm that one guy who's not into NES, so I don't have any NES games.

I have lots of Mario games for SNES/N64, but not SMB1.
