Volunteers

Hey folks,
I know a few people from here have volunteered their services over the past year. I'm coordinating the volunteer group and want to get everyone who's going to CGE and looking to assist together. If you're interested reply here, let me know if you'll be in town on the Friday before or the Monday after as well.

No indentured slaves, we'll work out your time so it fits with your schedule at the show itself.

I've already told you, but I will be helping out again. I'll be there from Thursday (late morning) to Monday morning so I'm in for the long haul again. :)

I might be able to help with tear-down again, but am not sure yet (might be out to dinner Sunday night).

I've already let you know that I will be available on Friday for set up, and Sunday night I can stay till around 9:00. Let me know when and where to meet Friday AM, and if you need me to bring anything, I'm driving in from Sacramento 2 to 2.5 hours.

Dave and Danny, if you guys want to sell from the DP booth feel free. We've got a huge booth this year, we're sharing a quadruple-booth with Messiah, with the living room set-up between the two. Good fun!

I'll have an e-mail out to you all with some details by the weekend.

Ditto. You know we'll be there to help. Our flight leaves around noon on Monday so we can help out whatever way is necessary.

Count me in! I'm scheduled to arrive in SF on Friday at 1pm, but I'm supposed to meet up with Steve's uncle and aunt afterwards (don't ask me where I'm suppsed to put my luggage while waiting for Kris and Mat to arrive).
