Paging: Has anyone heard from garay002?

I bought a game from him around July 22nd and I haven't recieved it yet. I tried sending him PM's, but he hasn't even read the the PM's according to my outbox

Well, July 22nd was a Friday, which means that the package he sent may not have gotten picked up on Monday.
If that was the case, Its only been a week since he sent it.
I don't know what to say about him not getting his pms, maybe he's busy.
But, for the time being, I'd wait a little bit.

I (known as unplanned over there) just recently did a transaction with him on those forums, on roughly the same day as you (July 22). The games arrived on Friday last week, July 29. The games were all in the condition promised, and he got back to me right after I told him the games arrived. Overall, a stand up guy, definitely worth dealing with!

I'd give the games a little while longer to arrive, the package may have gotten delayed for whatever reason. If you're really worried, you could try PMing him over at neo-geo forums, maybe he just isn't too active on these boards?

been about 10 days now. I know it's not like garay to delay like that, he usually responds within time. Just a bit concerned at the moment.
