i live in south australia, and i have the skills to do nearly any of the mods you see floating around the net, i also have facilities to test both pal and ntsc, and both 220/240 and 110/120 volt consoles.
so if youre in australia, or dont mind paying the extra shipping, pm or email me what console, and what mod you want done, and ill get you a price:)
a few examples:
i can add an av port to an sms2.
i can do 50/60 mods to a variety of consoles (md/gen 1 & 2, nomad, sms2, snes, saturn.. plus more)
i can disable the lockout chips in the nes and snes
i can do led mods in almost any console (i can get blue, white, pink, ultra violet, yellow/orange, a darker orange(maybe), green, red..)
a couple of uncommon ones:
in most consoles (with a few exceptions) i can actually change the format of the composite, or svideo output from pal to ntsc, or ntsc to pal, i can even add alternate outputs for each so they are both present at once, or a switch to select between the two.
if you send me a pal nes game and an ntsc game, i can trade the region locks of the carts, so your pal cart will now only be playable on an ntsc system, and the ntsc cart only on a pal system. i recommend both games be black-box's, as there is no speed fix confusion with most of these afaik.
