I remember reading in tips and tricks a while back and joe wrote something up about Mr. Pants NTSC version being the rarest GBA title.... if this is so, then why are these copies always floating around on ebay brand new still? Have people just not got the memo or was there another release of this that I missed?
Any info would be great

Maybe the game sucks so interest is low regardless of its rarity.

It had a wide release as a value title in Canada.
Walmart and Zehrs/Superstore got it.
..and it does kinda suck ;)

It's a pretty fun game actually !
Here take a look at the reviews and the scores of it!!

Cool. Looks like a puzzle game. Odd title for one though.
By the way.. your avatar is excellent.

It was considered scarce because the US got next to no retail release and was mainly only available via mail order (walmart.com had it but only stores in states bordering Canada seemed to have it). Canada had them in very good quantity and it's starting to appear in some smaller retailers in the US. It's also slated for an October wide release in the US with a $14.99 price point, so if that happens expect Taget, Toys R Us and Wal Mart to have it though the end of the year with the rest of their budget crap.

For the record, I was surprised to find this game in a US store last week. It was some wierd chain CD store I had never heartd of at an outlet mall in Orlando. It was $25, but I had never seen it before and they had 2 copies, so I picked it up.
But it does appear that it was released in the US.
