Nintendo Dolphin prototype (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8209997844&fromMakeTrack=true)

The lengths some people will go to...

Nintendo NPDP-GW Gang Writer (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8210011259&fromMakeTrack=true)

Apparently writes eight cartridges at once for the, then, in-development "Dolphin" console from Nintendo.

Shouldn't a lot of threads go under that sicky? Shouldn't eBay finds go in the eBay forum? Shouldn't I shut up now? x_x

I'd love to know whether those are cast-iron fakes.

Whats with you? Here I am polite and asked if this would be more suitable for the sticky proto/dev topic and you get offeded? Why? It was a just a suggestion/question, not a statement.
And yes, it wouldnt be a bad idea if you shut up with that strange attitude.

Anyway, as you most likely havnt noticed there is a sticky topic with proto/dev finds on ebay.

I noticed the sticky. Most people post in it. Some people don't. These aren't really prototypes. They are clearly fakes. They don't deserve to be in that thread. They don't belong in that thread.

Ho-hum. I really wasn't being rude. Hence why I told myself to shut up and rolled my eyes.

They aren't prototypes, but neither are they fakes. The development Cube hardware Jeff Minter had to develop Unity (and which I saw many times and handled on occasion) looked almost exactly like the one in the first auction.

So please cut the attitude or there will be trouble...

Ok hehe. The way I understood it, you wrote with attitude. Looked very like attuide. I found that unnessesary, but if you didnt mean that its cleared up :)

Thank you for that snippet of information. It has renewed my interest in the auctions a little. I really had intended this thread to gather a little discussion as I know nothing about this sort of area.

And, quickly, I really wasn't trying to be rude/arrogant etc. But thank you for the warning.

Lay off the guy with being so incredulous ok? jeez wait to throw semantics at a guy you guys, he means fakes as in not prototype games in the traditional sense and he's questioning the way they are labeled not the validity of if it's something the guy made himself. It's people who bother me that take the last thing you just said and find some little way to flip it back at you simply because they got no other way of throwing their weight around that need to go wank it.
