Just wanted to give a heads up on an auction I have going right now. From what I've seen, these are somewhat hard to locate complete.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know how much these originally retailed for?

Nice auction by the way!

No box = not complete.

Regardless of it not having the box, it's still a helluva lot more complete than most of you people have. :P

I considered it, but I figured that shipping it internationally would be outrageously expensive. I'm currently having a discussion with someone from the Netherlands that's interested though, and doesn't seemed bothered by the shipping charges.

Point taken, I made that assessment based on the fact that most on ebay are keyboard only or cart only. My 'complete' referred to the set itself and not the packaging, but I can see how that might be somewhat misleading. At least in the auction I do have a clear description and pics, so hopefully everyone knows what they are getting.

Just in case anyone's wondering, I found this thing at a garage sale last spring and spent some time playing with it with the kids, but it just takes up too much space.

That price is outrageous! $218! Mine is sorta more complete in that I actually have the box but my miracle cable isn't the original I had to solder up one from an NES cable and a printer cable.
