How many (and which) games were released with the 2600 silver box variation?

I just got myself a system thats 2600 compatible, and I'd like to have a little sub collection. I think it would be akin to have a greatest hits collection, but I"m not sure.

So far I have Joust, complete (yes I opened it damn it, I wanted to play!!!)

=)

I'm also interested in the Red labels, where'd those come from? How come I don't remember them? Where they released really early or late in the life of the 2600?

The red labels/boxes were used from roughly 1988-90.

Hey Keir where'd BMX go?

or Asterix or Track & Field?

:P

I still would like to see the box to '86 Asteroids where did it come from? Maybe in a red box/silver cart like the Atari Corp silver Space Invaders??

I don't count Track & Field as a silver label, but rather its own unique label style. The other 2 I just forgot. Oops!

Well speaking of boxes, I'd say T&F is more worthy than Quadrun. The box to Quadrun is more grey than silver. But that T&F label is an abnormality.
