does anybody know if pal games can be palyed on an ntsc atari and vice versa? i only wish to know since im moving to the states next year and i will be wanting to buy a a2600, and i dont realy wish to build up a whole new collection of games (i'd rather bring my load with me)

You should be abe to just monkey with the vertical hold on the TV enough to make the games playable. You can also always bring your PAL TV over here and use a power convertor, or buy an AV monitor that has a PAL/NTSC switch.

All NTSC games work fine on a PAL console. Only sometimes I have flicker on the screen by the Atari 2600 Jr.. But with other PAL console it work fine, like the Atari 7800. But all are full playable.
Only one Prototype has not work by me on the Atari 2600 Jr., but this one work too on the Atari 7800.
