i've heard its a real letdown for people not involved in all the multiplayer aspects. think i would follow suit in that mentality?

i wouldn't get it unless you can find it for pretty cheap.
the game just bored the hell out of me.

Agreed. I didnt even think Multiplayer was that good either to be perfectly honest.

I don't think it's worth getting for the solo OR multiplayer existence.
Just an overall very dull, boring and uninteresting game.

I keep passing it up just because people keep telling me it sucks. Once again the Final Fantasy name being used to sell crap.

Yeah, I had high hopes for this one too, but after the 3rd or 4th year of traveling I just couldn't take it anymore - the game really lost any draw that it had on me, and I haven't touched it since.
