yeah thats right my sister made this purchase; http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6422937559

the "dvd" is actually a 2 disc vcd copy without a sleeve, posted to my sister in a cheap postage pack jiffy bag... itold her to e-mail the seller for a refund as she paid by paypal, i also told her to file a complaint about this fraudulant seller with ebay them selves..

it was unfortuanate that she made this purchase after i'd tried to explain to her how to use ebay properly... so does anybody else have any ideas at how to get this seller banned?

yeah i told her what to say in an e-mail, so she passed the e-mail onto the seller... she also filed complaints with ebay, the seller is now no longer a registered user

Good :) I hate ppl who sell pirate stuff, especaly when they make the auction to look like its an official item.

Keep your sister off ebay. The seller has negative feedbacks warning about piracy. She had it coming for not properly researching who she buys stuff from.

Well.. keep off ebay might be alittle drastic, but teach her to check the feedback to the sellers first and how to ask questions.

Dont worry that seller will make another ebay account. They always do. He will be back to scam more people like us.

Ive lost well over a $1000 on ebay. So dont feel so bad.

i told her all about feedback, and up until a couple of days ago it was actually better like one neggy.. the new negatives actually happened after my sis had bought the disc and before it arrived to her
