Yeah, I placed an order and also got the Oct 2nd ship date. :/
Its ok, I'll have the other ones tomorrow so getting it in a bit will keep the game fresh and let me open everything else up in the other two.

Not all online retailers do that. Wal*Mart B+M stores area totally different creature from their online counterpart and as such, will not price match online prices (which at least in electronics run 1-2 bucks cheaper on music and movies.
Will Target do it?

Mine with 3-5 day shipping and tax ran me a total of 20 bucks and change. That wasnt too bad, and is what made me go thru with the purchase.

It did indeed. I even tried changing shipping methods and it kept the ship date of Oct 2nd. I guess that i'd just get it a little sooner, but the 2 day wasnt worth 8+ bucks IMO. Maybe if I had hit that 20-25 buck breaking point for free shipping it wouldnt have mattered, but alas I didnt.

Something tells me its an error in the system. Why would this ship oct 2th? Im gonna pass on this deal as I think its gonna bomb.
The ship dates on Amazon are not always correct. I've ordered so much stuff from them to know this. It 'could' be correct, but it will probably change when the game is actually released and then ship... (hopefully)... LOL

October 2nd is closer to the UK release date than the US one now (which I believe was yesterday).

When I got mine, it said it was selling through the 'Target' part of Amazon. I just looked at the link again and now these are coming from Office Depot and selling for 28.95? o_O
I'm going to check my ship date and see what it says.

Its still showing as an Oct 2 shipping date.

If this was a regular store, they would honor the mistake. Now I will look elsewhere to buy the game, and others too. Just my way of taking my business elsewherer for a bit.

I didn't realy want the games either but for $15 bucks I was just going to see how fast I could kill my Chihuahua... Does that make me a bad person?
