I wish Messiah would give us some definite info on the game compatibility, peripherial compatibility, and audio/video accuracy. Their current FAQ is a bit too fluffy.

I am actually more eager to hear about their new controllers, especially the ones using a more traditional D-pad. Please, please, please release those ASAP!

they told me that it was compatible with all NES accesories. it was smaller than I imagined. it looked nice I played some games with their new controller with the D-pad I think its also smaller than thier current wireless ones. I give thumbs up to both. The video quality looked fine to me but I'm not the one to ask about that kind of stuff. I got a pack of their wireless controllers and will be getting the system in September when it ships.

BTW their wireless controllers are the best ever for Tecmo Super Bowl. the thumb stick thingy is perfect for ziging zaging.

My pre-order awaits some positive first-hand reviews on the picture quality.

As soon as some of you guys get back from CGE - be sure to let us know what you think!

they told me that it was compatible with all NES accesories.

All NES accessories? What about the Game Action Replay, Game Genie, and other cheat carts? Is their NES cart slot big enough for them to fit?

Also, what about Famicom accessories? They have a Famicom cart port, but what about the Famicom accessory port? If it doesn't have that, then you can't use various Famicom accessories, which is a disappointment, considering that they went through the trouble of having two cart ports.

I guess the AV Famicom is still the best system to have for playing NES/Famicom games, as you can always play NES games via a cart adapter.
