Phantasy Star Question

Alright i think i screwed up my game...

here's my problem

i was in uzo, out fighting monsters to get some cash when i got low on HP and used Alis's Fly spell to take me to the last church. well it appears the last church i visited was in Paseo. i do not have any of the vehicle to travel over the antlion mounds and the space port is closed.

My question am i stuck?

yes i did... and my other save is about 10 hours behind

I can't think of anythign offhand to fix this in game, although I'd imagine there's something that could be done...do you have access to a cheat device? Throw on HP inf and walk through walls until you get back on track.

Isn't there some Underground cave that you can take in Paseo?

Unless you have the land rover, you can only leave Paseo (that's the first town, right?... going off of SERIOUSLY old memories here) thru the Space Port. So... there's at least two places you can get stuck in this game. The other? Lassic's Castle. Better hope Alis has enough MP to fly down.

I think you should be able to get your own ship at this point, shouldn't you?

I know I ran into this situation before...in fact, I think I did it on purpose to see what would happen...I know I found a way around it too, but I can't remember....dammit.

I did that once.... left my ship on a planet and zapped back to a church, only to realize I was on a different planet....

Save early, save often! Leisure Suit Larry tought me that one.

Dude, I don't know about that. I'm pretty sure your ship and Hapsby just kind of magically return when you transport. Take the tunnel in Paseo (or whatever it is) to...you know, that poor town where everyone asks you for cola. Your ship should be docked and waiting for you outside.

I think you're thinking of the spaceport on Palma, he's stuck in Motavia with the antlions.

I would guess there has to be a way around this, but it's been so long I can't remember one way or the other. It just seems to me to be the kind of thing somebody would have run into by now and made a note of it, if it was really a problem. Are you playing the GBA version? There were some bad bugs in that one, so I wouldn't be suprised if they messed something up.

I'm pretty sure you're able to have access to your vehicles. For the Landrover (or whatever it's called), just go to your items menu and select it, and it should say either "Embarked" or "Disembarked".

The only bug I've noticed was the Save Bug, where sometimes you would save your game, and it would freeze up on you.

Well, it only does that on the GBA collection version.

Yeah, I know. Happened to me alot late in the game.
