Hi folks,
Okay, so I carefully read the guidelines and have written what I hope is a post that won't violate them.
Before I begin I would like to say that I have a very good feedback rating on eBay and I do make certain that everything I sell is exactly as it is described. http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=vixenkit
I have sold some rare gaming items to folks who are here on this board and as I have not asked their permission to do so, I won't drop their names. So if they see this, hopefully would be willing to vouch as to my validity. ^_^
Pics are available upon request.
I have several PSX debug units for sale. Three are CIB and they include controllers, cables and instructions. Two of those are NTSC, and one is PAL. All CIB units are blue. Asking $400 for NTSC, $300 for the PAL. One CIB sold. PAL pending.
The rest are as follows:
Three Green debugging units, no controllers, just power cables. Asking $200 each, OBO. One sold. Two left.
Five fully-functioning blue units, no controllers, just power cables. Asking $175 each, OBO. Three sold. Two left.
One blue unit with a graphic glitch that you can only see when booting and in the main menu (seems to be something resident in the hardware) that includes a power cable. Asking $50 because of the glitch. SOLD
One blue unit that does has a bad video output (no video, sound only) that includes a power cable. Asking $25. SOLD
Payment method is preferred to be PayPal. Easiest to work with.
Please PM me with any questions, or for details of payment, etc. Thank you for looking! ^_^

Hi there. Well, not that I have seen. The glitch only seems to appear during the initial boot up and up to the PS logo screen. It disappears when a game loads, and I have not seen any anomalies during a game. I have only tested a small number of games so far, so this may change for other games.

My debug unit has the same issue btw, so it isn't a one off. I believe it was present in VERY early units. Mine certainly is for sure. Still can't believe I only paid 20 GBP for it.
(it's a PAL unit but everything else about it, including the case, is Japanese)

Early early US units were actually 1st run Japanese units,I'd not be surprised if they went the same way in the UK, but isnt your unit Green Mat? Greenies were the last units made. /me shrugs

I've seen 4 different one not counting yaroze. The last debug made was the PSone version not the green.

I was thinking in that style, not counting the PSOne debugs.

Nope, mine is blue (with an appropriate serial number to match). As said, to all intents and purposes you'd think it was a Japanese unit until you try playing NTSC games on it (and then you see them come out in b&w and know it's actually got a PAL video board in there).
I get around that problem by using an RGB cable; all games, all regions, all in colour :)

Oh my,
I have been away for a while. I had no idea this thread was still open. Moderaters, please close. I will have some more debugs up shortly, and some more unique items.
