need advice before buying

been reading on this forum for a while now,
but first time poster

i really need an advice on a deal im about to make
and i thought, the best place to get an advice was here

i got in contact with this english guy (i live in DK)
and im buying a bunch of stuff from him
heres what im buying:

package 1 - boxed n64 limited edition starwars, with starwars racer, all leads, un boxed n64 all leads, 2 grey and 1 black official controllers, expansion pack, 1 meg memory card, 9 carts, include, mario64, mario tennis, mario cart, starwars racer, starwars shadow of the empire, zelda, nba live 99, pokemon stadium, golden eye, and a 256mb V64

Package 2 - Boxed Super nintendo, manuals etc, mario allstar edition, all leads, 2 officail controllers 16 carts, SUPER WILDCARD 24mb, tried and tested in excellent working order and condition, no items have yellow discale on plastic

i asked him for pics and this is what he sent me:

as u can see some are from ebay and some are not
they are on different places and such.
not everything was on the pictures
so i then aked him to take a picture with everything on it,
he said he would but most of it was packed already ready for shipment but he could take a pic with some of it packed and the rest loose in the same pic

he gave me he's adress and phine number... but as i live in denmark, its kinda hard for me to check him out or collect it personally :)

am i being hustled here, or should i trust him.
he wants to do it over paypal... and i wanted to do through the bank but he said no go.. only paypal or local pick up :)
(yeah right like thats gonna happen)

i know it's not an ebay auction but this was the forum here that came closest

Don't go through with it.

If it isn't through eBay, and through Paypal, I wouldn't trust this at all. He could just be trying to scam you.

If you dont get more pictures I wouldnt buy it. Of course he might have packed the stuff ready to ship, but how hard can it be to open the package and take it out.

btw. seriously... u gotta unpack the boxes and take the pic... man u can always seal them again
takes like 5mins.... i just wanna be absolutely sure on what im getting , again it's alot of money

Its easy to pack it down again. Tape is very cheap so its not like he have much expence unpacking and packing it again.

Also, do this guy have any refrences or did you just meet him?

he plied that he would unpack everything a take a picture of it all today

i kinda just met him on another forum when he put he's stuff up for sale
i've been mailing back and forth with him for the last month as i had to raise the money first
thats why i began trusting him (we've been mailing everyday)

but then when he showed me pics i started getting suspicious, cause of some guidelines and stuff i read in here
but when he replies later i'll post the pics

ever since i asked for pics of the whole thing he just
stopped replying to my mails

dammit.. i just really wanted the deal to be for real :(
