Yes, the prices marked with the red is the actual price for the games with the 25% off already discounted.
That price does include the Free Shipping to the USA with Delivery Confirmation.
When you checkout, the total is what you pay and there is no extra charge for the shipping.
I'm sorry there's nothing much, if any for Dreamcast. I don't have a good excuse for that.

nice site! i bookmarked it. i love that you have detailed pictures of the items for sale (other online sellers please take note!). i tried to purchase a game, but when I went to the checkout i learned it was out of stock. :( suggest maybe adding an automated quantity tracker to your webshop? not sure if it's possible, but it would be nice.
i signed up for the newsletter. how often do you update your quantities?
