I got...three. Maybe four, if one of them is indeed the game that I am thinking of.

I only got 1 lol, the first one. I have a some idea on 2 others. Seems that most screenshots is from consoles I havnt played much.

If we're posting answers, then here's the ones that I got:
SEMI-SPOILERS:
2. Junkyard Dog (Atari 7800)
4. Basketball Nightmare (Sega Master System)
13. Quartet (Sega Master System)
17. Phantasy Star Gaiden (Sega Game Gear) (I think.)
6 looks familiar, but I can't quite place it. I know what 20 is, but I can't think of the title right now. It's an SNES game, isn't it?
All the rest I'm completely stumped on.

No idea. I remember a friend of mine used to play the PC version, but I never played it myself.
The only game i recogniced was the 1st, Kabuki Quantum Fighter.

I remembered the title of that game. I think it's Assault Suits Valken (SNES), but I'm not 100% sure.

17 is Wurm! :) I just beat that a few weeks ago. Talk about a completely lost in obscurity yet still awesome NES game. The launch of the SNES really killed its chances, and the cheesy glam rock cover for a totally anime-style game didn't help any either.

Yes, 17 is WURM.
Before the topic fades away, I'll give some hints on the remaining three. I guess it's the imports that were most difficult.
3 is a PC Engine CD game by Nichibutsu.
10 is a PC Engine CD game by Microcabin.
20 is a Super Famicom game by Square.
