Oh my god. I feel so sorry for that Mom. That'd be hell.

Well. That was sad. (I mean, it's not like the game could have even been that interesting if he could afford to stand there for two minutes.)

Is that what XBox Live is usually like?

To say the least!! @_@ That was crazy!! And the way he kept scoping out the other dude and shooting some between-the-eye shots as he was yelling.

I thought the guy being scoped was the one doing the yelling. (Hence the lipsynch.)

yeah, some other player was following him around (within hearing range) and making the cap.

On a funnier Xbox live note,
here's someone who fell asleep during Halo 2:

*sigh* Another case of SERIOUSLY negligent/soft-hand parenting creating a societal degenerate that now we all have to live with. Instead of putting up with this shit, the first time she heard him swear, she should have yelled at/attempted to punish him. Sadly, he seems to be like my sister's kids, meaning he gets yelled at all the time for everything, and it never gets backed up, so now he's not afraid of it. In THAT case, the SECOND time he ever swore in front of her, he should have gotten a red handprint across his goddamn face. A little physical discipline early on in these kids' lives would save the world from a whole lot of worthless and/or destructive people.

EDIT: The stupid damn kid, obviously. Not the sleeping guy.

Please dont let the media get a hold of that. Oh god please.

Ah, so this is the chocolate milk kid I've been hearing about. My parents never raised a hand to me, but I had that kind of attitude there is no doubt in my mind I would have gotten my ass kicked. Kids today, with their loud music and their chocolate milk. Back in my day...

Kid needs a beating, maybe its me being an "adult" (at 25..) but it seems alot of parents don't discourage behaviour like this, I guess time will tell, but I know my kid won't be screaming at me for ANYTHING.

lots of adults know that if you bitch a lot, you get your way. just look at any customer service line at a store. so in a way, mr chocolate milk is being brought up the right way

im not convinced this is real though

Holy crap. If that was my kid, that Xbox would be locked in my room right now, along with any other video games. Heh. That kid needs to be on Maury Povich (sp?) and sent to teen bootcamp

Sosage
08-27-2005, 02:28 AM
All the parent had to do was walk in, unplug the X-Box, take it into their room then tell him to fuck off. If he keeps it up then sell it. You don't have to body slam a kid to discipline him.

Damaramu
08-27-2005, 03:10 AM
Nope, not at all. Plus, he's bound to mouth off to the wrong person and I'm sure they'll stomp him a new one. I seriously hope he is taught a painful lesson. LOL

Is that what XBox Live is usually like?

Unfortunately it is very common, especially on public games of FPS's.

I've seen that video a while ago (there is actually a whole series of them) -- I agree with what Sosage said, there is no reason a brat like that should have an Xbox, just take the damn thing away.

I just get the idea that the "mom" popped out the kid when she was like 15 or 16 and has no idea on how to actually parent.

i was playing poker on XBL and was called everything from an N-bomb, to an F-bomb, and a few jew lines along the way.

if Xbox live is ever going to go mainstream, that kindof crap really needs to be moderated

all true ,what also is stupid is trying kid to act tough on xbox live against his mommy thinking hes cool cursing away like hes something special , im really sick of kids who think a attitude like that is going to get them somewhere in life , just make me thinks that any type of wit or thinking is going out of style. Lets see his choices wants ma to get him some chocolate milk he could
a. ask her in a normal way
b. say please ,even if he will look like a sissy on live
c.Curse at her like a litte bitch and throw a tamtrum like a moron looking stupid on live and also being recorded and become a internet joke on video game message boards.
(Well done kid)
d.get off xbox live

Yeah, after about a minute... no, thirty seconds, if that'd been me... even TODAY, my mom would've kicked my ass and thrown my console out the window.

That kid needs to have his precious Xbox taken away for a month. I'm sure that'd teach him some manners.

And NO CHOCOLATE MILK!

Humanoid, I really doubt that.

Same this shit happens all the damn time. CS showed me that and good lord I hate FPS kids. I nearly NEVER EVER curse at my mom, and if I did I would be out on my own for a while.

On the other vid god that shit was funny. FLY BOY!

even if the video is a fake, it still highlights a growing problem in Society. Everyone seems to have the live for your self and screw everyone else mentality.

(This is a generalization, not a nock on good parents. Just the ones that should never have had kids)

That said, i still believe that were are products of our upbring. If a child see your parents curse and scream for there Mother F***ing chocolate milk, they are more likely to emulate the behaviour. If parents took more interest in raising their children we would be living in a better word.

And THAT is why i will never get xbox live as its just full of whiny screaming highpitched kids.

There should be an age restriction for buying xbox live like 18+ to cut down on the amount of shrieking retards on there.

No, But it certianly has more then it's fair share of asshats and white pride trailer trash. I've played with some "Kids" on halo two and it's more of the "you said balls" kinda thing then this.

What I don't understand (and no offense) but why is it everytime I'm in a game Halo 2. there happens to be an English (as in Europe) person playing they're always team killing and acting like complete ass's regardless of what age I think they are.

I'm actually more annoyed wit the parent forjust taking that kind of abuse from their child. In my eyes its mainly their fault, kids act how you raise them, and I'd be willing to be t the parents yell and swear a lot at each other as well.

But still no parent should have to take that, if my kid seriously ever did that I would take a hammer and smash the Xbox right in front of them, to me just taking it away wouldn't be enough.

This post brought to you by the letters "M", "D" and "C".

That was just horrible. OMG. If my son ever pulled that crap on me we'd be out in the street playing "Monster Truck Rally" with the Jeep and the Xbox.

My kids have a very clear understanding that all videogaming in this house is a privilege, not a right. There are days when it's allowed and not allowed. On the days it is allowed there are time limits. Time may be added or subtracted depending on behavior and performance in school. Lastly, I might - might - bring you something to eat or drink while you're playing. But I am under no obligation to do so. That's why there's a pause button.

I could launch into a rant about proper parenting, what to do, what not to do etc. but the bottom line, so far as I've seen, is that when it comes to parenting, monsters tend to beget monsters :shameful:

Because you can hear the mother in the background. If you went so far as to stage that much depth, then you've got some serious issues.

Not only that, but that sounds exactly like every other 10 year old brat I've ever heard. That ruled.

Never pulled anything like that growing up. Then again, I always had a feeling my mom would be able to explain a skull fracture and hand-shaped bruise on the side of my head well enough to authority figures that I avoided stepping out of line like that.

what makes is suspect is why the guy was recording a game of rainbow six online in the first place

That is unbelievable. The reason her child talks to her like that is because she obviously lets him get away with it. if that was my child, a severe punishment would have ensued the moment he starting talking back and disobeying me.

They had this nominated for the 'Best Online Moment' award on GPhoria.

When it lost to 'Sleeping Halo Guy', Andy Milonakis rushed out onto the stage and demanded chocolate milk.

Hhaahhahaah!.... yeah...

Well, technically you do have to be 18, since even with the free trials, you still have to put in credit card info....

He began recording midway in the conversation, he probably heard it and began recording. I don't think that's fake, the Halo 2 is definetly though. Plus the the mother factor.

GOD, I wanted to fucking beat that kid's head in the whole damn video. Stupidest thing I've ever listened to. Didn't find it funny at all, just damn annoying. Ugh.
