I got one in the mail. 10% off one item, but it only works for my name and my Paypal. I guess prominent buyers and sellers get them, I don't really know what I did to cause it.

I already threw out the little card, figuring I'd never use it. It expires in a week and a half anyway. It was something like CELEBRATE2 or CELEBRATE3 or CELEBRATE-2 or something along those lines. Also, I think they set it up where only certain Paypal accounts had access for it's use.

I tried the celebrate-2, and it said it wasn't validated for my account. Then I tried the celebrate one, and it said it hadn't been activated yet. Does that mean I'll be able to use it later on? And how much does it take off anyway?
