i got astyanax as a random choice at a sale for no real reason except for i hadnt heard of it.. according to etlers rarity guide, the australian version is extremely rare, equal to a 10 in the dp guide by the look of his grading.
can anyone confirm the rarity of the australian version of astyanax?

no, with all respect for Mike, his NES list is out of date, and Astyanax is definetly NOT an R10 (A doesn't equal R10 anyways), i'd say R6 maybe

That's odd. Someone should have told me I did a list of non-US releases. I have no clue what list you're looking at, but I can assure you I never put anything out with non-US releases.
That said, I stopped updating my NES list eight years ago. It served it's purpose for it's time and tsr & I used it as a basis for the original NES list for DP.
