Got:

PS2- harvest moon save the homeland

Xbox- halo 2 map pack

for free from customers trying to trade them in. ($0 value for map pack, and the 2 ps2 games were too scratched to take, I buffed 'em, they're playable but not sellable.)

Not a great weekend as far as quality, but the quantity makes me feel a little better:

20 Boxed Intellivision games:

Las Vegas Poker & Blackjack
Space Battle
Space Armada
NFL Football
Checkers
PGA Golf
Horse Racing
NBA Basketball
Auto Racing
Advanced Dungeons & Dragons
Tennis
Math Fun
Donkey Kong
Backgammon
BurgerTime
Major League Baseball
Beauty & The Beast
Pitfall!
Word Fun
Armor Battle

All for $5 - Sadly there's a lot of mold on some of the boxes. I have a feeling 10 or so are beyond cleaning and have to be trashed.

Had a pretty damn sweet day today. First off I went back to a thrift where I had a bad experience, but this time everything was nice and peachy.

http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y20/hellvin/finds0011.jpg

Thrift

Genesis - Dinosaur's Tale (complete) - 1.98
Genesis - Growl (complete) - 1.98
Genesis - Pagemaster (complete) - 1.98
Genesis - Sesame Street: Counting Cafe (complete) - 1.98

Last time I was there, these games were about 8 bucks each, but now they were repriced to only 2 bucks each. I thought it was kinda weird they were 8 at that time, cause all their games are always 2 or 3 bucks. I had sesame and dinosaur, but they are in horrible condition and one's missing the manual, and these are nice and minty.

http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y20/hellvin/finds0021.jpg

Bookman's

PC - Leisure Suit Larry Collection (complete) - 15

This is probably my favorite find in a long time. It's got Larry 1 - 6 and it includes EVERYTHING. I actually already had this game, but lost the cds. I just have the miscellaneous books that come with it. Best thing is that the price for it last time I was there was 50 bucks, but I found it in the software section for in a security case and it was repriced at 15 ;D. So instead of using 25 bucks of credit to pick it up, I got it for free basically.

This weekend wasn't any better than I thought it would be. Yesterday I got 12 official PS2 magazines for £1.

Today I got up early to make sure I got to the bootsale first. The only game related stuff I saw was one stall with loose £15 megadrives and a £15 loose dreamcast.
I ended up going back to that stall and getting 5 different megadrive/snes controllers for £4 and an almost mint SuperScope in the box for £5.

http://img392.imageshack.us/img392/1558/p90400119fh.jpg

I went to another bootsale and almost bought an Amiga 500 but couldn't see how to hook it up to a tv/monitor as it didn't have a lead for that. That boot sale was just as bad as the first one. There was a loose Pokemon N64 with no hookups for £18 and a few N64 games for £5/6[/img]

I went over to a flea market yesterday. Four vendors had games, 2 that have lots of them at high prices, but not rediculous.

I bought a saturn with 3 games, Hookups, and one controller.

http://www.handwoundtransformers.com/saturn.jpg

Hookups & Controller are Not pictured.

Cost $30. Not as cheap as i wanted to pay, but it's better then $45. I'm going to have to pick up a battery for the system, since every time i turn it on it asks me what the date is. :/

The guy that i bought the saturn from also had a $15 NES (With everything needed to play SMB & DH except PS and game) And a $30 N64 (With everything needed to play and 6 games) But since i already had 6 NES' and 3 N64s, i passed.

On the way home, i stopped at a yard sale, And they didn't have any games for sale, But this kid had a DS, and since i had my DS with me, We played SM64 for a minute. The wireless Multiplayer feature is awesome!

I'm happy with my saturn. :)

The Neo Geo and the Jaguar (with a catbox) are both complete and in mint condition. The Lynx games (with Lemmings, Desert Strike...) are also complete. The Nomad, the Lynx, the Virtual Boy, the magazines the complete games, everything that is shown on the pictures and a 50/60 Hz television I got for 460 Euros (560 Dollar) from a collector who has broken off his collection..... :D

I think when I sell everything except the Neo and the Jaguar (and the games for both systems), I have got them for free :)

Sorry for the shitty pics :)
