Just some really strange things I have seen in the past few days that are sort of game related. Yesterday, around my apartment complex, a van pulled up that was from a locksmith company. The name of the company was NAMCO lock services.
If that isn't enough, earlier this evening, as I was coming home, I saw a tow truck that had SEGA Towing Company written on the side of it..
I just can't wait for CAPCOM Plumbing and the Law Offices of KONAMI and KONAMI.
Just you wait. Soon a ROCKSTAR will come on tour near you, and then you'll find a map with the SIERRAs on it. A JUMPing MAN may leap from a bridge for all you know.
With all this improbability about, you might just get a BLIZZARD in Texas. I know that they are RARE, I'm just saying ODDWORLD events do occur now and again. But if a snowstorm does come to your town, I'm sure you'll do a double take; after all, I'd TAKE TWO as well.
(Yeah, take two sleeping pills for being such a punny dork. I try too hard.)
I've used masking tape that had on the inside of the roll the company's name "manco" in nearly the same futuristic font as Namco.
Doubt if anyone's ever noticed that.

Not too far from where I live, there's a Namco store that sells pools and hottubs, and also a Capcom Credit Union (for Capital Communications). I got a snicker upon seeing both for the first time :)

There is a Namco restraunt where I live (Orlando). Of course, I doubt it counts since its the actual Namco. The Pac-Man Cafe is on the bottom floor with a small arcade and a (underwhelming) Pac-Man museum. The second floor has the XS arcade and night club with piles of games and the Soul Calibur bar.

Is this relatively new? I lived in Orlando until Aug. 2004 and I'd never heard of such a thing...where's it at?

It existed as a club and arcade called XS long before Namco bought it about 2 years ago. Its located very close to the convention center on I drive.
I went to link to it, but it looks like all their websites are down. Its been about 6 months since I've been there. Maybe they are gone? If you google (xs orlando namco) you can see listings for it.

Just today as I was coming home from school I saw a yellow flat-bed tow truck. On the door it said: PAC MAN Automotive Towing, and the C in Pac was Pacman.

Heh, I was going to mention that as well.
I know that there's a company that makes cotton swabs called Sentinel, and they use the exact same font that Sega does for their logo. I did a double take the first time I saw that.

I think it's more likely you'll see the law offices of SQUARE and ENIX.

Wow, small world! I was gonna post the Namco pool place but you beat me to the punch! Its pretty close to Watervliet (at least I pass it every time I go to the Watervliet Dome from South Colonie). Whereabouts exactly are you located?
