Vectrex scren size adjustment?

The GCE service manual for the vectrex talks about using a test cart to check the vertical and horizontal screen size, but I don't see any mention about how to adjust it. I have found 2 adjustment pots in the vectrex that adjust the focus of the monitor, but neither are doing what I want. Any help?

Review section XIV - Power Board Schematic. The left side of the schematic, where the X/Y signal comes in. R408 is Y size, R401 is X size. I can't quite confirm this as it's been about a year since I've done a monitor adjustment on a Vectrex. But if the schematic says it's so, it must be true, right?
