Nintendogs is great!! So are real, living, breathing pets. So how do they stack up against each other?
I have compared my virtual Welsh Corgi, Spock against my flesh-and-blood tabby, Sasha.
Spock fits in my pocket and I can take him anywhere, even work and school. Sasha definitely does not fit in my pocket
I can turn Spock off and put him away if I have to
I can clean Spock's poop up with a mere tap. Sasha's has to be scooped up and thrown out and it smells
Feeding Spock is as easy as pushing a button. I have to clean out Sasha's bowl, open the can of stinky icky looking food and scoop it into her bowl.
Spock responds to my voice almost immediately and can catch a Frisbee in the air.
Spock brings me gifts like tissue boxes and empty juice bottles.
Spock doesn't try to eat my parakeets or chew my controller cords.
Sasha gives me genuine love and rubs up against me and she's soft and cuddly. Spock is just an image on the screen with no geniune emotions.
OK, so Spock is a lot easier to take care of, but Sasha is real and she gives me lot's of loving and I can actually physically pat her and her soft cuddly fur. So I have the best and worst of both worlds :)
Also...what is the deal with the excessive pissing? I walk my corgi and he pees at LEAST 3 times! Does anyone else's dog piss this much?
