I won a GBA game on Ebay. The guy said I could pay either $7 or $9 for shipping. If I payed $9 tracking was included (from USA to Europe). Is there any tracking possibilites that only cost $2 from USA to Europe or will I just waste $2 if pay $9 instead of $7.

i'm not 100% on this, but i think the tracking is only good through the continental US. I had something similar to this happen with insurance in which it wasn't covered after it left the US.

For only $2 ? I know there are EMS (GEM), but that cost much more. But it makes sense that the $2 tracking is only inside USA. Thanks :)

Maybe he's only charging you $2. Some sellers, like myself, often split the cost of these safeguards. Why don't you just ask him directly rather than spin your wheels.

I did ask, he said that $9 was for global priority mail. Afaik its not possible to track this worldwide.

I checked the USPS web site, and what I found out is that you get a conformation that it is mailed out, not one for delivery conformation: http://ircalc.usps.gov/intl_extras2.asp?Extras1=na&CID=10150&MailType=package&Pounds=0&Ounces=14&NeedGXG=yes&dTotalWeight=&ServiceChoice=4_4+-+6+Days_10&x=51&y=4 Hope this helps,
