Are you kidding me? Shit thrift shops around here?

You haven't met Goodwill nor The Collector then. Those two make my heart swoon with their fantastic finds. They will blow your mind.

$3 CIB minty Nomad? Yea, it happens. SMS 3-D Glasses, of course. Now the Web of Fire?

It seems like this area is awesome, but I never get time to hit them up anymore.

Yeah, I wouldn't say the thrifts around here are shit. I have had my share of good finds thats for sure. You just have to realize that you have a bunch of competition. :)

Man!! It must be the competition than because I hardly ever find good shit. I mean I do find NES games here and there but nothing "good" if you know what I mean. What thrift shops are around here?

Check Goodwills.

That's where most of the thrifting happens around here. I know most people around here have secret places as well.

I'll second GrayFox on Goodwills...although I've had some great finds at smaller thrifts, Goodwills are the most consistent producers in this area. Salvation Armies are the least likely to provide a find in my experience. Just look up "Thrift Stores" in the Yellow Pages and go to town.

And don't overlook rummage sales in this area, even though the season is wrapping up. People here tend to hold onto their old crap for a while, and rummage sales are a great source for cheap system/game packages.

Good Hunting!
