Well...it's collectible. I actually don't think that this is the worst game related show of all time (cough Mortal Kombat cough) and the extras look cool. I would buy this just for the live action segments, which I loved as young child.

i loved that show, ive been waiting for an official release for awhile, now all they need is a official captain N release and ill be REALLY happy.

I spoke to Brian Ward pretty extensively about this, he's the guy who is pretty much in charge of the entire project. They have plans to release The Super Mario Bros. Super Show as well, and he's "looking into" Captain N. Basically, he said, they've acquired almost all of the DiC cartoon library. If I'm not mistaken, wasn't the syndicated Sonic cartoon by DiC?

I already have 3 episodes on the Ganon's Evil Tower DVD and 2 on the Mario's Greatest Movie Moments DVD but now, all 13 on one DVD. And not a poorly-burned DVD or VCD off ebay, an actual DVD! AND SUPER MARIO BROS SUPER SHOW LIVE ACTION SEGMENTS! WITH CAPTAIN LOU ALBANO!!! YES!!!! I Absolutely looved that show as a kid. And do I hear that they're planning on bringing out the Super Show and possbily Captain N??!!! OOOOH!!!!! *giddy dance* I am so happy right now, it's not even funny.

I will still be getting Zelda, even though it's my least favorite cartoon out of ALL the nintendo based cartoon shows. CAPTAIN N BY FAR is my most favorite for sure!!
All these shows need to come out on DVD:
