The listing is true enough...but I wonder if they'll have to pay a fee on the listing.

Nah, the seller can cancel the bids. He'll get no listing fee for that.

THat seller still would be out about $0.25 just for listing. Maybe if he included a few links like to DP and Atariage, that'd help a lot?

I'll tell you what, I'll put up some $$$ of my own as well if it would help get rid of all of those annoying freaking auctions.

Well, legally yes if the bidder's allowed to win the auction. But I'd rather bidder don't bid anyway.

I'd use the same tactic if I had a chance to list anything on eBay. I'm sure eBay allows free relisting so you could keep that free notice up for a long time. I'd have to check the rule on making link to web site as there is some restriction.
